They have to refused to stop billing…
They have to refused to stop billing and sending wrong contacts for 5 months after many requests

The truth about Hubble.
I was double billed (on a card I rarely use) for months and never received the contacts. When I caught the billing error and asked for a refund, they said they would only refund my money if I sent back full boxes of unopened contacts. Turned out someone made a duplicate account for me and they were receiving the contacts at another address, so I had no way to get my money back or new contacts shipped. Customer care was so rude, they told me it was my fault and that I need to monitor charges to my credit cards better. Horrible! And the contacts felt dry after an hour or so anyway. I cancelled and they continued to bill me! Cancelled for good after jumping through many hoops. Ridiculous.

I have canceled the contacts several…
I have canceled the contacts several time. They do not work for me. Please stop billing my credit card. I have sent back multi packs of contact and you keep sending more. I have reached out to your department time and time again with no help. Thank you for your time, Traci Best

SCAM - AVOID!!!
The contacts Hubble sells are made from an old material (developed in the 1980s) manufactured by a factory in Taiwain. I found them to be uncomfortable to wear; they dried out my eyes. I talked to my optometrist and found out that Hubble contacts are made from methafilcon A - an extremely harmful material that has been discontinued by most companies. My cornea was damaged after wearing them for only 1 week. Apart from all of this, I also found out that Hubble didn't actually check my prescription with my optometrist, which is illegal and dangerous. There are other companies like Vision Direct which offer great prices on safe, proven contact brands like Acuvue.

You can never get ahold of a customer…
You can never get ahold of a customer service rep!! Trying to cancel subscription and as much as you email and request a call back and stay on hold. You will never get ahold of anyone.
