I continued to get contacts after…
I continued to get contacts after reaching out that the contacts were the wrong prescriptions. But the company continued to get its money .8 have 8 boxes of contracts and no use for them.. this is a poooor company standard with my customer satisfaction . Which should be first.

From what I can see, you emailed us in August, and we let you know that you would need to call in to our cancellation line to discontinue your subscription. When you emailed us again in September, we gave you the cancellation information a second time. This information can also be found on our website and in the TOS that you agreed to at checkout. I will provide this information here again, so that you can call our cancellation line. Hubble Contacts US Cancellation line can be reached at 1-844-334-1640 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There service is horrible
There service is horrible, I called, left messages, emailed and sent text messages letting them know that all shipments were for my left eye and that there was nothing I could do with one contact lens. They continued to bill my insurance and never attempted to resolve the issue. I spoke with them on two calls and even closed my account and tried to delete my information. They stopped for one month and then started right back the following month sending shipments and billing my insurance. The last call was not so pleasant. I have yet to receive a refund and never got the return postage email I was told I would receive. I will be posting this compliant everywhere and filing a dispute with my insurance.

I can see that you did call our cancellation line on December 27, and your subscription was cancelled. Awful billed after cancelled and weeks to refund
Awful. Expensive. Billed me AFTER I cancelled then had to wait 10 days after they’d billed me to receive the unwanted lenses so I could post them back. Awful customer service. Will be weeks after they took a cancelled payment before I finally get my money back. Disgraceful. Avoid

I hate Hubble contacts I tried to cancel my order and the only way is to contact someone per phone waiting on line for hours just to say I don't want to buy that many more

I ordered contacts from your company and they sent me the wrong strength and then they wouldn't stop sending him to me even after a request after sending to stop sending them I sent back every pair I received

This is the worst company
This is the worst company. I never agreed to a subscription and ended up having to cancel my credit card to stop it. The contacts are mediocre and I don't understand how the BBB allows a company to send out contacts without verification of prescription. EDIT: Vanessa - that is simply not truthful. There was no prescription verification. Your company illegally ships out contacts with NO PRESCRIPTION VERIFICATION or CONSENT. My doctor was never called and I have never verified or supplied a prescription to you. Please explain how Hubble verified my prescription - without a copy of my prescription, contact information for my ophthalmologist, or my consent?
