They never confirmed my prescription with my doctor. And sent me the wrong prescription repeatedly. I emailed them requesting to cancel which is how the website says you're supposed to do it. They continued to charge me and send contacts I couldn't wear for 3mon. They finally emailed me back and gave me a refund of 1month and cancelled service. No apology horrible service
