Horrible company- do not join. The quality of the lenses in shocking- they just put them in pretty packages. I paid £3 to try them and they then automatically started a subscription without my knowledge. I then had £27 taken from my account. You have to then phone to cancel- you can't do this online. They will not process a refund, you have to wait for the lenses to arrive and then post them back. I am now in this process. Who knows if I will ever receive a refund.

Ich habe das Abo nach der Probepackung gekündigt, da ist die Linsen nicht vertragen habe. Die Kündigung wurde ignoriert und immer wieder wurde Geld abgebucht und Linsen geschickt, die ich umgehend retourniert habe. Wieder angerufen, wieder gekündigt, wieder viel Blabla. Es würde sich umgehend gekümmert. Das geht seit über einem halben Jahr so. Die letzte Lieferung habe ich verweigert anzunehmen. Angeblich würde es bis zu 21 Tage dauern, bis die Zahlung erstattet würde. Das war Anfang November. Paypal ist eingeschaltet. Da diese Firma alles gerne telefonisch kündigen lässt, kann man nichts beweisen. Genauso die Rücksendung ohne Tracking.

Scam! My perception is no longer valid and I still get charged!

This company is just ripping off customers. Worst service ever, worst quality and stealing money on your bank account without any agreement. Never buy from them, better go to a shop.

I postponed my order after the first initial trial in November, I wanted to give their contacts a chance before getting them regularly. My next delivery was supposed to send in January but I was still charged on my credit card a second time in November, I then called to cancel in December but the contacts were already on the way. I was told to send them back within 15 days, I sent them back 14 days after receiving but was told it was after the delivery date on the tracking, the USPS says delivered to Canada but the Canadian postal service was on strike for three weeks so I didn’t actually receive them. Anyway the contacts were sent back unopened and unused because the quality is absolutely atrocious, and I never received a refund... I would NOT recommend this company. Please love yourself and love your vision and choose a better service! Never HUBBLE! Never!
