Hard to stop subscription and the contracts aren't that comfortable, they dry out quickly and iterate the eye

Because I need cancel my order and the Hubble no cancel to me, I don’t use more a 3 month ago. I need just cancel and no more orders in my card.

Will let me subscribe for contacts online but won't let me unsubscribe. No customer service presence online.

Canceling service is very difficult.

I have canceled my subscription twice. I continue to be billed. Unfortunately the debit card you have on file is for a small account. You auto payment caused my account to be overdrawn for a few of $36.00. Very frustrating

Veo menos con las lentillas que sin ellas. Me teajeron mal la graduación o directamente son transparentes.

The only reason this has a star is because it was necessary to write a review. This company is horrible. I did not receive my first box. So I called. (From multiple different numbers) No answer. I was billed 3months straight after that. Yes you can alter the frequency you get the contacts but there is no way to cancel the subscription in you “profile”. They will not issue a refund. This company is the scum bin the bottom of my boot. Do not buy do not pass go do not collect $200. It is a scam and my level of pisstivity with company is at an all time high!

Me han cobrado 3 meses y nunca me han llegado las lentillas. Es verdad que en la letra pequeña pone que luego te empiezan a cobrar. Pero a mi es que ni siquiera me llegaron las lentillas de prueba y ya empezaron a cobrarme las de la "suscripción". Espero que si las 3 que he pagado al menos sean de buena calidad, cuando las tenga daré mi opinión sobre la calidad de las lentillas, que aunque sean económicas debería de cumplir unos estándares mínimos. Actualización Llamé a atención al cliente y me hicieron el reembolso sin problemas.
