I do not like hubble. You do not tell people after the free box they are sign up automatic for subscription.

I'm not surprised to see 29% of people have given a bad review. Meant to have a 10 day cancellation period, THEY DON'T! They send your next parcel on the 9th day then say "oh since the package has been sent we can't cancel." False advertisement much? You email them, they stop replying, have the audacity to ask how your conversation with... bla bla was, you complain again and they don't get back to you! An absolute farce, I couldn't care if their product is exceptional, their service is appalling. YOU CANNOT say you've a 10 day cancellation period and not adhere to it, I have had to send the package back and am still waiting for MY money to be returned to me, an absolute disgrace. Thanks for reading my rant.

terrible experience

I have been wearing contacts for almost 15 years. I have never had contacts that made my eyes sooo dry and painful. I had to push through and wear these for two weeks while waiting for my other contacts to come in and it was hell!! They are so dry it’s actually hard to get them out of your eyes because they feel like they’re glued to your eyeballs! The longest I could wear them at one time was 4 hours. Constantly having to take th out and re-soak then in drops and solution. Complete waste of money. Do not buy.

I asked for a specific material for these contacts… And after receiving my contacts I was told by my ophthalmologist that if I were to use the ones that were actually sent to me by Hubble that they would cause ulcers in my eyes I was not provided a refund

I have been trying to stop them from delivering theses boxes for months! I talk to someone and they say no problem and another box shows up. I keep returning them and I am not getting credit to my account.!!!! Need a lawyer

Made multiple payments and have never received my contacts. Have attemted numerous times. Feel like I’m being scammed. Have not been able to get any help.

Been receiving my contacts because my card was on file, even after i stated didnt want them because they did not have my astigmatism
