The lenses are a bit drying for my eyes but their customer service is always very quick to respond and shipping is quick too.

That is frustrating, and part of what we are happy to offer is the convenient month to month delivery. For the time being, a solution would be to change the interval between charges to 26 days. This should help minimize the delivery time, to make up for weekends and other delaying factors. We'll continue to look into the issue on our end if you do not see an improvement. The majority of our customers use us to manage their subscription online where they have access to skipping orders on their account page and changing the frequency of deliveries.
