I am going to cancel my order. I am not satisfied with my contract lenses. They tend to get dry fast and they hurt my eyes. Not satisfied at all.

I requested an updated presentation before my most recent order was sent and was told through a reply email it had been corrected. However I received my package yesterday and it was still the old prescriptio In addition when I attempted to can el my prescription I found out I would be charged $37 to do so. I am not pleased & am now attempting to resolve both of these issues.

The membership was made to be very difficult to cancel. You cannot cancel online but must call to cancel. I tried to do this and got no answer, and at a later point managed to cancel it after another payment had gone out.

lack of control over subscription, took forever for a refund, only refunded when i asked for it, contacts very drying.

I was very disappointed to give up this service. I kept asking the whereabouts of my lenses and was fobbed off twice, being told to wait the full delivery term. Only after this was I informed that there had actually been a problem at dispatch. By this stage I was wearing old glasses and experiencing headaches. I’ve returned to an another online provider, for branded lenses, only £4 dearer a month but does next day delivery. Much happier now.

i dont know why but these contacts makes my vision blurry no problem with other brands
