your customer service stinks!!!!! I need to be reimbursed for months of contacts that I sent back & didn't want the contacts anymore. They kept sending them anyway & I kept returning them as I was told to do. I don't want them anymore for months. Please look into this issue & stop contacts & reimburse me. Carol Iovine

Hubble has by far the worst customer service. In fast, thank you for this enail reminding me to cancel my subscription

There has been a lot of quality control issues in my 6 months of using hubble... I often get packages with dried out contacts, deformed lenses, etc. The quality is not what I've experienced with any other contact lens brand.

I have tried several time to cancel my subscription, my card had been charged continuously month to month. And I hate the contacts!

You guys are a scam. You took my credit card information and never sent anything. I. Am reporting you to the BBB today.

The material used for the contacts is not breathable or up to date. My eyes burned wearing them and it's also very hard to unsubscribe so you end up getting charged for more months of contacts when you thought that you were unsubscribed.

Es que MY dioptria no me vale lo que me han mandado ellos. Te están engañando darte caja de prueba por 5€ y quedarse con su datos de banco para cobrarte todo los meses. Sin vergüenza....

The contacts are inferior quality, hurt my eyes and don’t last the day. It is virtually impossible to cancel the subscription and it is designed that way to continue to pawn off their garbage product.
