called left a voice message. never heard back and received way too many emails.

Contacts seemed to loose their prescription after a few hours, which I noticed as I was driving which is hardly ideal. Made my eyesight far worse but gradually, so I didn't notice till I was damn near blind. I tried to cancel but theres a ton of hoops you need to jump through; I thought I did them all but was still charged the next month! Worse still, I didn't even recieve any of their useless lenses to send back for a straightforward refund! The only way to contact these people beyond automated replies is through telephone calls, which is handy since I'm deaf. Absolutely flipping ideal. No leeway or consideration available which makes a nice change, I love to struggle. Cheers! Hubble seems to be a knockoff company that supplies substandard products and service. It might seem like the cheap easy option but there's just as good services available from genuine retailers in the same price range.

Extremely unhelpful and underhanded company.

Unabhängig von der Abo-Falle sind die Kontaktlinsen die schlechteste was ich je getragen habe. Total unbequem und nach 3 Stunden Sind meine Augen komplett trocken. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Absolutely awful, I feel scammed. I signed up to trial Hubble contacts as I have sensitive eyes and wanted to try a new product. I have not received any trial contacts and have now been charged the full amount for a full set of contacts which I have also not received. Over £40 gone and received absolutely nothing. I want to request a full refund and to cancel the subscription but have had no luck at all in contacting the company. There is only a phone number and I can't get through to anyone. I have emailed the help email and told that I could not get a refund as they wanted me to return lenses that I have literally not received. I was at first told I cannot cancel my subscription and then that I could and would receive an email confirming that my subscription has been cancelled and I have not received this email over 24 hours later.

This company is absolutely horrible! They hide behind edited reviews and ESL customer service reps. I received my trial contacts 19 days after I ordered them, only to get an infection in my right eye. I have since done a lot of research as to why this happened. Hubble uses outdated and obsolete technology to make these lenses. They have been found to be nearly impermeable to oxygen (a vital gas for your eyes). This has led to countless infections and dry eye complaints! I emailed them only to get a generic reply and no compensation for the complaint. BUT wait... 2 days later, it hits my card and 6 days later, I have a brand new box of infection that I paid $33 for! lol They want me to pay to return them and they can't even understand my complaint in the first place! Please do not buy anything from this company!

The prescription does not work for me. I’ve been trying to cancel for a few months. I’ve been told I have to call a phone number. Every time I call it is either busy or no answer. I finally got a hold of someone today and they said they sent me a cancellation email. What I actually received was a welcome email.
