I got a call from my eye doctor that they were not confirming my prescription in the right way-- doesn't seem legitimate at all.

Customer service was extremely difficult. I tried to cancel after my first month supply due to the contacts not fitting properly. They did not cancel and I continued to receive contacts and be charged for them. Then they would not accept returns even for the most recent month. Not acceptable!!

Repeatedly sent the wrong contacts after Dr told them prescription was wrong . Ugh . Went back to 1-800-contacts

The worst quality contacts I've ever had. Every second contact is either ripped, rippled, or has weird stains on it. They do not breath, get super dry super fast, and feel like sand in your eyer.

Prescription was never verified to make sure it was correct and they didn't care when I told them it was expired. The customer service is horrible. Eye Dr says they are outdated materials/type contacts and he doesn't want any of his patients wearing them because there are much safer contacts out now

It’s pretty much impossible to cancel your subscription once you start. And they are horrible contacts. My ophthalmologist took one look and said they were extremely old technology and not healthy for my eyes. Plus, first hand, they either hurt the second I put them in or within eight hours of wearing them. The price is okay, but there are coupons on better products that make it not worth it.
