from day one I got 1/2 RX wrong
from day one I got 1/2 RX wrong. Though I kept trying to contact them nothing was fixed....Then I ended up with the cheap contacts rolled up and stuck to my eye lids. Nothing worse than trying to remove a wandering contact the eye doctor had to do it and advised me to never use lowerality contacts again.

I have tried many times over the last 2 weeks to cancel my subscription, please can you cancel it , I have emailed a few time no reply. Today I have received another box and I don’t want them because they are not suitable for me . I would also suggest you supply a contact number in the U K

Do not use Hubble!!!!!
It's super hard to cancel. I've been trying to cancel for months. Also, all of a sudden Hubble started sending me contacts that didn't work. The prescription changed and couldn't get in contact with anyone to change it. Thank God I found another provider.

These things are incredibly painful
These things are incredibly painful. I found that every other one had to be taken out immediately as it was causing great discomfort. Went back to my slightly more expensive but comfortable ones and am awash with relief.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Awful drying contacts (1 day) Moved out of state and had my renter send back the unopened packages, because it was 90 days passed they refused to refund my money AND kept my contacts. 4+ months worth.

Had a ton of trouble canceling
Had a ton of trouble canceling Contacts were low quality, dried out my eyes, and customer service fought me every step to prevent me from canceling then still charged me even after saying they'd cancel my subscription.

They are horrible contacts
They are horrible contacts. They keep giving me infections. I have tried several times to cancel my orders and they won't cancel it. I keep getting billed every month, even thou I can't wear the contacts.
