Contacts often dry out my eyes.

Like a lot of people on here I was mis-sold a 'free' trial which charged me for a whole months of lenses before I even had a chance to try my lens trial. Took a week of emails and calls to their very rude and useless customer service to finally get a refund. Stay away from this company - they are truly terrible. would give zero stars if I could.

Unwilling been signed up for subscription after applying for "free" trial. I was advised I can only return them if the shipment packaging remains unopened. However, when receiving a parcel it is required to be open to know what's inside, especially if it something unexpected. The boxes of contacts remain unopened with the seal in tact let alone the contents being as they were. Product is 100% fit for resale yet a return and refund is not being accepted under the pretence of being for "medical purposes". These contacts are 3x as expensive as my regular provider and Hubble are also refusing to cancel my subscription via email notification, they apparently require and phone call to advise of cancellation. I feel robbed and I am left out of pocket being forced into paying for something that I do not want or was not willing subscribed as it is probably in some small print somewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My contacts were often misshaped and had to be thrown away and my prescription was often incorrect.

Seriously this is a fraudulent organisation. Firstly they sent me the wrong contacts then billed me extra for them over and above what they advertised and what I agreed. Shoddy, slippery and extremely dodgy, avoid these sharlatans.

Lenses are not at all worthy of daily disposables, I tried the trial pack first, wasn't happy at all, I contacted them to make sure I didn't receive any more and told them to cancel the continuous card payment, neither of these were done and they requested a £27 payment sending my bank account overdrawn, incurring charges, I emailed them again and they said they can't stop the payment or refund me as the lenses have been dispatched, not my fault I said, I have had to contact them again to tell them to cancel the request for the payment, had nothing back, it has left me unable to use my account because of the overdraft, please please, don't use this company, the original email I received back asked me for a review of how this girl had handled my query at the bottom saying she is very fond of music and dancing and can sing Anime Tunes perfectly, what the hell..!!!! they running a dating site too..?... AVIOD AVOID..

never ever order from them! They are extremely rude and cancelling is almost impossible! You have to call your bank and tell them that your account has fraud so that they cancel your card and give you another one. That's the only way to get rid of them! Also, when they send you the wrong contact lenses, THEY WONT ACCEPT RETURNS!!!!! never use hubble!!!

Has a number to cancel but no one is ever there. Worst I have ever dealt with. Will never ever order from Hubble again.
