I had been receiving the contacts for about 6 mos and notices my sight getting worse so I called to cancel the same day they charge my credit card. When I called they said the card was charge an hour before and they would not refund the charge. So I went got new contacts and purchased additional one from the doctor.

I have tried to cancel multiple times. The subscription was supposed to end when my prescription expired but they just keep coming and charging me.

More than s few times I've had to call because contacts where not even shipped with no excuse. Poor way to run a business

They advertise claims and don’t follow through with them. For example, they say they will notify you when your prescription is close to expiring, however in my case, they just canceled the whole account without telling me. Then I start a new account with my new prescription and I had to go for six weeks without lenses because the box never came in the mail. Customer service was very rude and dispicably unhelpful. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card in order to get a refund for the missing contacts. I would recommend a person walk around blind before they use the services of this company.

If I could give 1 star I sure would. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the bleeding. No way cancel my subscription. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, no I mean NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not recommend do not use this service.

Love these contacts, no fuss and always there for me. Occasionally you get a dried out contact but for the price I don't care since it happens rarely. Keep up the good work!- Update. I continued to have dried out contacts and spoke with customer service until I was red in the face. They did send me a replacement box as I had over 15 dried out contacts in one box. I stayed with them as they were trying. After the replacement box also had dried contacts and my new paid for boxes did as well, I recontacted them and it took weeks to get a reply. Only after I said I was cancelling they replied and stated they had already sent me a replacement box and there was nothing they could do. So I cancelled my and my daughters account.

Terrible customer service! Kept charging after cancelled. It's been almost a year now and they won't stop emailing me after unsubscribing to their emails! And then MONTHS after I write this, they reply with their phone number, that I've called MANY TIMES to cancel! They never canceled my account, but I did cancel my credit card so they would stop charging me.
