Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription because the contacts hurt my eyes. After about 1 hour of wearing them I could feel them in my eyes... which as you know I’m sure, you should never be able to FEEL your lenses. My eyes always felt dry. Sadly, I had to suffer all day with uncomfortable dry eyes. I couldn’t wait to rip them out of my eyes at the end of the day. I also noticed that when I took them out, within 2 mins they turned into a plastic dried out lens which tells me that they might not hold onto moisture too well. I hope the company can cater to people with drier eyes in the future. Or make better quality lenses that are more comfortable for the wearer.

I gave you one star only because I can’t give you less than that. After being a customer for two years with absolutely no problems, I was unable to get you to my recognize the slight changes in my prescription, and you kept telling me you were unable to validate my expired prescription. I dealt with at least four representatives, none of whom made any effort to listen to me or try to find a solution. I went online to cancel my account and was told I didn’t have an account, only to get a notification that you couldn’t process my credit card. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I wish I could show you all pictures of the state of my eyes after wearing these contacts for 5 hours. Both my eyes are fully bloody shot and irritated l, even the waterline of my eyes are red. I ordered Hubble contacts after seeing so many adverts for them however I wish I read the reviews first!! These contacts are horribly thick, drying and irritating on the eyes. I’ve had contacts in the past that were so soft and didnt feel like I was wearing them. However with these, you can feel them every time you blink. After reading other reviews it’s clear these are not healthy for your eyes through long term use. Please be careful. I got my two week trial ( these took over a week to arrive therefor only five me less than a week to trial them) my card was then charged after I tried to change the shipment dates because I hadn’t had time to properly try them. She told me that my card gets charged automatically for the first shipment!!! So in theory if you sign up for a trial you’ll also be charged for 3 months worth of contacts too. Just an overall awful experience. I requested to cancel my order by email after stating they make it incredibly difficult for customers to cancel and that’d I’d be taking it to the trading standards. She sent proof of the subscription being cancelled so let’s pray it is as I am now stuck with 14 weeks worth of contacts!

I don’t want the contacts anymore because they are not a good fit and I tried to cancel my subscription and couldn’t through email so I have to keep pushing shipment dates back because you can only cancel by calling and the hours are the same that I work and I don’t have time and I can’t call on weekends. It’s very inconvenient

I like the product & price point of this company but they did not honor their advertisement of $30 per box of contacts and I was instead charged $36 for several months. A customer rep agreed to go back to the original price and give me the next box for free but that’s never happened. Not a good experience.

When I first started wearing this brand of contact they were okay. Unfortunately, I now find them to be super drying to my eyes and by the end of the day I have a terrible headache every time I wear these lenses.

Hubble Contacts are AWFUL for your eyes. I wore them everyday and they are not breathable contacts. Because of this I started to develop pterygium and started to make my retina detach. Thankfully my eye doctor caught it in time

You do not get notified when you're charged and you don't get a tracking email either. Contacts sre thick and not the most comfortable.
