Didn't fit my eyes correctly

There contacts were not great. Uncomfortable and much thicker than other brands of dailies I have worn. But I only typically wore them for a few hours, not a whole day so it was fine. But I can't recommend the company at all due to their policies. They make it difficult to cancel. You have to call in during certain business hours on Monday-Friday only. For a company in the modern era this doesn't make any sense. There is zero reason for them not to let you cancel online, other than they want to make it purposefully hard for people to stop paying them for their poor quality contacts. You can't remove your credit card information either. The only options online are to delay your boxes for a few months. My prescription was almost out, so I delayed the boxes until it was done. After it ran out I emailed their customer service to confirm my service was done and that I did not want their contacts anymore. They stopped charging my account, and replied that my service with them was over. And then they would. Not. Stop. Emailing. Once a week I received an email asking to get an online contacts prescription to renew my service. I replied to the first few of these stating I was not interested in their contacts anymore. When the emails didn't stop, I had to just block them. Look online for more about this company's shady practices around obtaining and confirming prescriptions. You can also learn about the quality of the plastic used in their contacts. It's not great, and all the major US brands opt for better plastic that is better for your eyes. They are a sketchy company that will not let you go, and their contacts aren't good or cheap enough to justify putting up with their aggravating business practices.

If you're desperate Just give them your prescription they don't check with a doctor to see if it's correct anyway. I entered my prescription incorrect the first time so they sent me the wrong ones. I corrected it with no questions asked and never submitted a script they just took my word for it. Almost 2 years later I was still getting them. (I didn't have insurance.) Now I have a new script at the same time my credit card expired I never updated it. After receiving emails EVERYDAY for 2 months about my card being expired they must have tried everything and finally guessed a new expiration date and started sending me contacts again. (Wrong script because 2 years later they still haven't checked with a doctor. ) I emailed them asking who authorized charges and they just sent me a return label. They are giving me a hard time for a refund on a product I never authorized to be charged. I had to call my bank to block them and no refund.

Disappointed
Seriously the WORST company to go through, talk about over charging and re-accruing charges without any damn customer service

Terrible, uncomfortable lenses, even compared with among many of the lower-quality prescription lenses out there. I mean, wow, every time I put them in I had really red, irritated eyes after taking them out. Clearly they're using really old, bad product material technology. On top of that, when I started my subscription, there were not adequate measures to ensure my prescription actually could be used to order lenses from Hubble. This company definitely fits with the worst trends among tech companies who have great marketing and branding while not really caring about the impact and morality of their products. I have thrown about 80 days' worth of contact lenses into the trash because they were so uncomfortable compared to my new contacts I actually bought with a prescription, and the eye doctors I talked to made it clear that the Hubble contacts could threaten my eye health by wearing them. I cannot make it any clearer how much I regret giving these people my money, but I'm glad they emailed to request for me to give them a 5-star review on Trustpilot so that I can instead now take the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction.

I have tried calling your customer service yet no one responds to my calls. I am supposed to get contacts every 42 days. instead, I am past 50 days now. I need someone to call me regarding my contacts. (813) 263-4548
