Very uncomfortable
These contacts dry your eyes very quickly, they do not fit well, and are highly uncomfortable. However, the free trial and cancellation service was efficient. Overall, avoid!!!

I would give 5 star if they would fox…
I would give 5 star if they would fix the issue with my shipment not being sent to my new address since Oct 2019 till now but I've paid each month and the shipments continue to be sent to my old address in a different state

Contacts are uncomfortable
Contacts are uncomfortable, and when I called to cancel my subscription, the person tried to convince me not to cancel. I liked the convenience of Hubble but not the quality or customer service.

Very hard to cancel
Very hard to cancel and no representative available ever. Contacts are drying and can't be worn longer than six hours.

Contacts are only made in one size…
Contacts are only made in one size diameter so if you have astigmatism these are not for you. They turn constantly and are blurry. Also if they charge your card you cant get a refund even if you send them back. Not reccomended.

Annoyed
I dont Understand why i am being charged earlier and earlier every month when it was initially suppose to be every 19th or something. No one gave me an explanation to why it’s in advanced. Plus one time I didnt receive both contact pairs as I only Got 1 box and had to initially ask to send me the missing box. So now that I did I am Sitting on 3 pairs of contacts to go through but feel as it will keep piling up.

I've just had a chance to look through your account and I do see that your delivery frequency has not been changed. It is always 28 days. If you've got a stockpile of lenses, we'd be happy to help you adjust your delivery schedule or pause your account for a few months. Lenses appear contaminated upon arrival.
Immediately upon removing the contact from the packaging it had residue of some type on it. I had to clean each contact with saline solution before wearing. When I didn’t I almost always felt like there was something in my eye. Using a black lite I was able to see the contaminates and took pictures.
