They don't breathe
They don't breathe. Terrible contacts used for swimming only since I forgot about the subscription and received so many boxes. I remove them immediatly after swimming. Will NOT buy again.

Contact quality is very low
Contact quality is very low. Shipping is super nice except if there's a hiccup, interfacing with your operations is a joke.

Disappointing Contacts & Service
The contacts were below average at best. Cancelation was impossible. Not a great experience.

I tried to cancel my subscription and they sent my contacts to another state
I tried to cancel my subscription. I didn’t receive a box for 10 months, and then was suddenly charged 33 dollars for a box. It was shipped to an address I no longer live at. I called to tell them that, and their wise words were “well you can go to the address it was shipped to and request it back.” I live in another state.... I then also mentioned that the prescription they sent to the house in a wrong state after I cancelled it was the wrong prescription and even if I drove 6 hours to the house, requested a package back, and obtained the contacts, they can not go into my eyes. The customer service agent said “that’s too bad...” and asked if there was anything else she could do for me.... Useless. Expensive. Worthless contacts. Horrible costumer service. Awful website. Just don’t. Don’t do it. Go to literally ANY other website and you’ll be doing better.

They don't cost a lot
They don't cost a lot. That is the only good thing. They are not comfortable compared to what is currently available. Plus, my close up vision is impaired when they are in. They are not good. Oh, and they are really hard to quit. Thank god my credit card expired because they just kept sending them after I asked them not to. Move on!

I canceled the account in September of…
Can't cancel my account or get my $$ back I canceled the account in September of 2018 and again in November. The company directs me to a cancellation number where I assumed this was handled. Following November's conversation, I have been charged twice for unreceived packages and have never received credit for the two I returned in 2018.
