This company did not have the proper size available for my eyes. Instead of refunding my money, they tried to talk me into taking the improper lenses. After telling them they were too uncomfortable, they continued to send the wrong contacts for an additional two months while charging me at the same time. When I called and complained, they denied any knowledge of the first phone call. So basically, for $99, I received nothing. Awful company.

I returned a shioment and NEVER recieved my money back. Cancelled my order and still got another shipment that I again returned with no refund.. So hubble owes me 66.00 dollars.

I don't recall signing up for monthly shipments of my contacts so was surprised when they kept coming. Tried calling and left messages but no replies. I started "refusing" the boxes. When I finally was able to talk with a person they told me they didn't have a record of my returns since they had been refused. Also, there was a restocking charge for those "unopened" boxes they had received. I ended up paying for 11 months of contacts. I will never order from them again.

It’s not easy to Cancel - after a year another box arrives. If you have astigmatism don’t bother - not as cheap as they sound.! They never purge credit card information. Charges just appear with no warning.

Not a savings! Plus the product is Not good. My eyes were so dry, could feel the contacts all the time- like There was dirt scratching it. I gave these several months. Switched back to my Oasys brand. When I break down the cost difference per month, the difference is a monthly coffee.

C'est l'arnaque ! J'ai payé une boîte d'essai et ils m'ont inscrit automatiquement à l'abonnement. Rien n'est écrit sauf en petits lettres à la fin du mail. J'ai appelé pour annuler l'abonnement et être remboursée, mais je dois quand même payer 5 euros de frais de livraison pour quelque chose que je n'ai pas commandé. En plus de ça, les lentilles sont de très mauvaise qualité, pas du tout confortables. Si au moins je pouvais utiliser les boîtes qui m'ont été envoyé sans mon accord, mais même pas...

Horrible product and even worse customer service. I have sent the unopened product back two separate times for a refund only to be told they never received them. I tell everyone I can to never use this company

Not only have they never sent me the correct prescription- not from day 1- but I haven’t received any contacts for over 8 months yet I’m still being charged. Every time I call to cancel my subscription somehow the phone service on their end is unable to hear me all of a sudden. Absolute worst experience with any company I have ever encountered. Someone will sue you and shut you down of the BBB doesn’t do it first.
