INCONVENIENT. Cancelled my account because my new prescription is not made specifically for Hubble??
Process is becoming inconvenient and they are complete liars. I went to my eye doctor and paid $150 for an eye exam to update my prescription, not because it was expired but because I knew I needed a higher power. I messaged Hubble beginning of April and they said my profile was updated no problem. They literally asked me what the new powers were and said it was updated in my account. Now fast forward a month and I'm getting an email that my subscription/account of 2 years has been cancelled and am being forced to not only take an eye exam on the computer, but create a new account with a different email. They claimed that my doctor "denied" my order resulting in my cancellation. The prescription that my doctor produces and keeps verifying with them is apparently not sufficient enough because it has to be made specifically for Hubble? Since when? I've been with Hubble for 2+ years and I never got a notice that prescriptions now have to meet a certain criteria... It even said on my prescription "OK for Hubble Contacts". If I knew this and they sent me a link before I started running out of contacts, I would have done this EASY, FREE, 5-MINUTE test instead of drive 45 minutes to my optometrist (each way) and pay $150 for the exam while I have 2 days of contacts left. This process has been wasting my time going back and forth asking my doctor if they verified or not because I keep getting a general response from Hubble that my prescription was not verified "because it’s either not specifically for Hubble or it’s invalid/ expired". How am I suppose to amend the situation when Hubble keeps sending back automatic general responses without any instructions or sample on what the prescription now needs to say?? ABSOLUTE TIME SUCK.

Hi Marianne, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear that you've had a frustrating Hubble experience. You'll need a valid Hubble Contacts prescription to order our lenses, as mandated by law. I would be more than happy to address any additional questions or complaints that you have, just send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot". Best, Vanessa
