They were charging me for 2 memberships and one wasn’t even my prescription and they never wanted me to return them back and they never refunded my money. I stop both of my memberships because of that and plus they don’t carry color contacts 👎👎👎👎they kept my money and never got the free boxes they were gonna send to me because of the wrong prescription and the second membership.

Contacts weren’t the right subscription, and I couldn’t cancel it until 3 months in. So now I have all these contacts that I cant Even wear!

For the money, it’s hard to beat. Daily disposable contacts at $30/month Is just a steal. Problem is comfort. You will notice a huge difference in quality from any other band. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust to Hubble brand contacts. For financial reasons I’ve stuck with them for a year but am looking forward to going back to literally any other daily disposable contact brand. If your eyes are sensitive you probably won’t be able to handle these. But if you’re use to “roughing it” you can adjust. Also, these contacts tend to dry out around 10pm. Late evening I found myself reaching for my glasses.

I was never made aware that hubble highered there prices $3.00 more . I was just charged it.Thats not very professional. Thats why I gave it 2 stars.

Hubble makes a good product at a fair price. But if anything should involve customer service. Good luck. I have no idea how they operate. A complete hot mess. Sorry Hubble but to survive you are going to have to look within.

Ok! So I tried them for a month. At first, felt fine. But after a month, you do feel your eyes more dry and you don’t want that! Because that’s where you get infections. So I stopped using them and bought my breathable daily lences ( that ARE expansive, for a reason haha!). I like to take some rest days from lenses and put my glasses all day. But I hate jogging with glasses! So as I still had a box of Hubble ( because they continue to shipped, canceling was a problem) I used them only for the run and take them put as soon as I get back. It’s cheaper than putting my expansive one for a run and throw them..! So - Do I recommand Hubble as your daily lences? NO! - Do I recommand Hubble from time to time for special occasion and not for a long time wear? I guess yes. Ps: Do your researchs about the Hubble contats. i have read that they are cheaper because it’s an old technology of lences and thats why its cheaper...

The contacts dry my eyes out after about an hour, but they are frequent and consistent with their deliveries.

During quarantine I noticed I was down to my last pair of contacts and everything was closed! I tried hubble and was SO pleased at how quickly the $1 box of lenses arrived. I didn’t need them yet, so I set the box aside. Another shipment arrived within a week & charged my card to full (affordable) price. I set those aside as well. When the time came to open & try my hubble lenses i was so excited. I put them in and they were too big. I checked the box and they sent me the wrong size - both orders. I reached out to the company asking to exchange and they said they do not offer exchanges, refunds, credits or returns and they only carry 1 size lens .. and that size is not my size. I can’t believe a company can charge for you for a prescription - that is incorrect!! And not give a refund when you call them out on sending the wrong RX!!! UPDATE: The company replied to this review, as you see below. I emailed them back, requesting a credit & a willingness to use that credit to purchase Acuvue lenses from them. The hubble lenses did not fit, but they do offer other brands. We'll see what happens ... UPDATE: They did refund my money & close my account *after* I wrote this review. They also said they would look into/deal with the poor customer service issue (the conversation that led me to write a negative review because the representative did not refund my money).
