Always a great experience with Hubble. I just wish they would use a different courier. The lady always pulls up blasting music and tosses my lenses from across the driveway.

I have been pleased by the ease and reliability of shipping. I never run out which makes daily wear lenses possible. At times, individual lenses are uncomfortable and not able to be worn. This happens about 1 lens per shipment. Renewing my prescription was easy to do from home. I am now ordering for myself and my daughter through Hubble!
Response from Hubble ContactsJun 22, 2026
Hi Mallory, thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're delighted that the convenience and reliability of our subscription have made daily lenses an easy choice for both you and your daughter. We also appreciate you bringing the occasional uncomfortable lens to our attention. To help make things right, we've gone ahead and issued a replacement to cover the lenses that were not wearable. Thank you for your continued trust and support - we're grateful to have you and your daughter as part of the Hubble family! Warm regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

I have been a longtime customer of Hubble because i love the convenience of it all. My single use contacts work perfect for my lifestyle and being able to control my delivery timing is a game changer. My 4 star rating is only because in my last few shipments I’ve notice some dried out lenses.
