Contact quality has gone gone over the…
Contact quality has gone gone over the years. I’d say out of my box of contacts I get shipped to me- 1 out of every 5 contacts are torn and un-wearable and I have to throw them away. Waste of money. I’m thinking of going else where for my contacts

Usually one of my contacts do not go in right or I have to replace it quickly despite me trying to readjust it/ cleanse it. I would also like a reminder to review my order before automatic charges.

This batch that I received last time.
This batch that I received last time.. very thin and flimsy, they fold in half and is very hard to get it to go semi flat to put in ! I think they have changed. Usually, I never have a problem!

Its okay
Its easy to extend the expired prescription, order arrives quick. but every box have 1-2 damaged contacts. Im using hubble hydro daily

I’m only giving a three because of the…
I’m only giving a three because of the customer service. The quality of context are made. I’ve canceled the services multiple times just because it always irritates my eyes or they don’t last long but let me tell you if you have issues. This company goes above and beyond, and for that, I still give them a chance the contacts may not last me long, but the way they handle themselves, speaks volumes of their character, it could just be me, but I would still recommend them. It’s cheaper than going to get your contact somewhere else even though they don’t last me long I reactivated my subscription.

Used to be a 5 star Now a 3 Star
So I have used Hubble for about 6 years. It seems that the quality has gone down over the past year to year and a half. I know it sounds weird but the lenses tear easier than before. Also, many of my packs come sealed with no fluid and a dried up contact. But, for the price they are delivered so I won’t complain that much.

As of lately a lot of the contacts I’ve received have been defective and I am content with everything else pertaining to the service so I haven’t made much of it but it’s become more and more common now
