This is my first time to write a bad review. Same as others! wish have an O start I could put in. After getting my first free box, the first-month contact lenses boxes were sent out quickly and it was not cheap at all!!! $40 plus tax in Canada. I never try Hubble before and my experience was awful !!! the boxes all have my eye prescription on it but contact lenses had no power !!! I swear I tried four pairs from different boxes. I was so scared when I tried it on because my vision was blurry!!! and then I try another brand, I can see things clearly. Then I realized my Hubble lenses had NO POWER !!!!! you guy should check the quality before send it out. It really scared me, especially in the morning. It totally destroyed my day. Super awful experience. Hopefully, I will have an email return back with a solution soon.

awful, lure you in with a free trial and then sign you up for a recurring payment plan which you cannot get out of without calling their useless "helpline " avoid; they're not any cheaper either

I was charged $150 to my MasterCard after cancelling the service. Simply horrible ! Wish I had better things to say because the contacts themselves were quite good and comfortable as well. It's too bad I won't be a returning customer thanks to their horrible scam and customer service!

I cancelled my free trial within the amount of time that I was supposed to. I have now woken up to discover £27 missing from my paypal account!!!! I am very annoyed. I work hard for my money and I have been totally scammed. If I don’t get an email back I will be contacting the police as this is online fraud.

Vorsicht! Am Anfang schien alles gut zu laufen - es gab ein sehr gutes Angebot und die Linsen wurden schnell geliefert. Meiner Meinung nach war die Qualität jedoch nicht gut und habe somit per Mail, eine rechtlich zulässige Form, gekündigt. Daraufhin wurde ich aufgefordert bei dem Unternehmen anzurufen und meine Kündigung wurde schlichtweg ignoriert. Einige Tage später versucht Hubble, trotz meiner Kündigung, Geld von meinem Paypal-Konto einzuziehen. Glücklicherweise habe ich die Berechtigung für Hubble gleich nach meiner Kündigung gesperrt und nochmal per Mail darauf hingewiesen, dass meine Kündigung gültig war und deren weiteres Verfahren rechtlich unzulässig ist. Bis jetzt kam noch keine Antwort.

I've opted to skip two months in a row and my bank account STILL got charged. On top of that, now I have TWO overdraft fees from my bank. Thank you Hubble for nothing. You suck!

This company is very quick to take your money but very slow to refund. I cancelled my subscription as the lenses were very blurry for me. I sent the next package straight back yet im still waiting for a refund after nearly 2 weeks. Get your act together Hubble. You have a long way to go to match my regular supplier, both in quality and customer service. Your customer service is lacking in so many ways!!!

I wish I could put zero stars. Customer service is appalling. Tried to cancel subscription a while ago very difficult to do had sent contact lenses back however had not received a refund. Received another box I’m concerned not going to get a refund. Very disappointed. Had high hopes for this company. But they seem to be a bit of a shambles.
