Terrible quality lenses that dried my eyes out, no breathability at all. I didn't even realize it and thought it might be due to having moved cities that I was having issues until my new optometrist told me how bad Hubbles are and recommended I switch off as quickly as possible.

Poor quality and horrible customer service- could not cancel my service in a timely manner!

Most uncomfortable lenses ever

Hello there, I recently contacted Hubble Contacts to find out why I was automatically enrolled into their most frequent contact delivery and charged multiple times for contacts I don’t need. Unfortunately I have had a lot of really positive customer interactions with other places but so far, I cannot honestly say Hubble customer service was one of them. Not only was customer service condescending in explaining there was “small print” at bottom of trial offer that I agreed to but they gave me inaccurate information that I could not return my unused boxes for a refund because it was medical equipment. We went round and round on phone with me trying to be as calm as possible in explaining that it’s now not just initial bad taste in the mouth but also this phone interaction that makes me unlikely to want to ever order or deal with Hubble contacts again. Certainly I’m not first customer who is very unhappy with automatic enrollment into a plan frequency that didn’t match my needs, being charged for contacts I don’t want, and complaining that the trial order process is not clear and transparent to build trust in their company. I was made to feel like I was totally incompetent when I told customer service that I was not aware I was not only signing up for new orders but the most expensive frequency Hubble offers. This is super shady. Very unhappy ☹️. Want my money back!!! Shyla Update: just do a google search for “Hubble Contacts Bad Reviews” and see bewildered kids Hubble contact review. Wow, just wow.

My free trial was sent late so by the time I received it they had already taken the money out and sent a box of new contacts that I didn't need I got told to print a label and free post them so I put them in the post box as told and have been waiting for over a month for a refund was told because they haven't received them and there's no proof of postage there's nothing they can do I'm fuming! Sent back contacts and lost out on my money if you are sending them back id recommended going signed for postage even though it'll cost you it's better than this I'm dealing with I'm so annoyed please think before you purchase the lenses themselves I got dailies and I don't like them they are quite thin and don't seem to stay in place they also go cloudy after 5/6 hours I have found a better brand and am sticking with them

I am currently on a long-term trip abroad & forgot to cancel my subscription before I left. When I remembered, I promptly sent an email asking for my subscription to be cancelled. I received a response confirming my cancellation & thought everything was handled. To my dismay, I was charged 45 dollars a couple weeks after cancelling. When I sent an email asking for a refund & clarity as to why I was charged, I was met with short, and rude responses from the rep & was basically told that there was no way to get a refund unless I sent the boxes back (hard to do when in another continent) & that cancellations can’t be done over email anyways? I have now sent numerous emails, all of which have received no response. The customer rep even denied that I has ever cancelled my account.... I offered to forward them the email confirming my cancellation & still got no response. So unfortunately, this company needs some serious work in the customer service department. I basically feel as though my money was stolen for a product I had already clarified I was not interested in receiving anymore.

Trying to return my subscription as I only just received the trials and don't like them. What a hell in a half trying to send them back from Canada! They don't know how to properly prepare return labels!!! Don't buy from Hubble!
