This company is seriously dishonest and uses very aggressive marketing techniques to lure you in. Having signed up for the £1 deal, I wasn’t even aware they’d start taking money out of my account as from the day of sign up I did not receive 1 email to confirm I’d become a customer. So on the 16th May, £27 pounds was taken from my account and contact lenses arrived, totally wrong prescription may I add. I emailed them asking for a refund and they said they’d only accept if I hadn’t opened the box they’d arrived in. I explained I had but the actual boxes of contacts were sealed and had not been opened and the order was wrong. I have since sent something in the region of 10 emails to them and they say rude things like ‘well you put the order in’. This company is seriously bent and I would not deal with them. I’m actually consisting taken legal action. It’s the principle of how they operate which is dreadful.

You keep taking my money and i haven’t received contacts in months... i can’t call during work to cancel and your hours are only Monday through Friday 9-5. Unacceptable

I have tried to cancel your service for months, and I can’t stop them no matter what I do. My eyes have changed.

Product is good. Customer service is terrible. I sent multiple emails about my account and changing some information and ordering extra. No one ever responded. I have searched the website for a phone number to call. There is no phone number to be found. Getting help on your account from this company is impossible!

You can sign up with no hassle, want to cancel? Have to call between 9 and 5. Inconsistent fit and feel, my eye doctor recommends to all her patients they use any other brand, as Hubble is made of less breathable lower quality materials.

terrible product

I'd like to give them a higher score; however, after they charged me for 2 orders and I received no product, i requested a refund. The associate, Jaennelyn Nerosa, told me I needed to file a claim with my post office. I never received any sort of confirmation for my orders or even a tracking number, and because the website doesnt give you tracking associated with your orders, so doing so is impossible. I would recommend spending your money with a company that actually cares to provide you with all information associated with your order, not Hubble contacts.

Horrible company to deal with. I canceled my subscription but was still billed. I called to find out why and they asked for the exact date and time I called to cancel to verify in their records but was told the contacts had already shipped in the two hours between the charge posting to my account and me calling. I had to wait for the contacts to arrive, write return to sender on the box, and wait. When I called again I was told they never received the contacts back. So no I’d not only paid for them but didn’t have them. I never received a refund or replacements. Huge scam. Stay away!
