RX expired and they kept sending me contacts.

I think you stink. Your process for updating a prescription is cumbersome and ridiculous. Similarly, your process for canceling your ridiculous service is also cumbersome and ridiculous. I’m certain both of these are by design so that you can continue to charge my monthly subscription when I’m not getting the contacts I need. Just pathetic. Worse, you don’t seem to care. Awful quality. I couldn't wear them longer than a couple hours - one of them split in my eye! Do not sacrifice the quality of what goes into your eyes.. Customer service was okay - they helped me to cancel and instructed me on getting a refund. It was taking a long time to get refunded after I sent back the first box after the trial - I emailed them about it and they sorted it out.

After having canceled months ago, i was surprised to receive a recurring charge last week of $33. I immediately emailed them to discuss why this happened and request a refund. Its been over a week and they have been going back and forth(through email because they don't answer their phone calls) asking about when i canceled and that i reactivated my account. I haven't visited their website since my cancelation. They tell me they shipped out a trial pair, and that it should have been delivered. First off, why would i receive a trial pair if i was an existing member? Second of all why didn't i receive an email of the shipment? Third of all, why have i been charged for full price if its a “trial box”? Absolutely nothing makes sense. At this point it just seems like one big scam. After reading other users reviews its clear that they never truly delete your account. They randomly reactive existing accounts and charge the user. Refusing to refund and making excuses. The fact that there are many situations like this, calls for a class action lawsuit. This is ridiculous.

Lying customer service. Won’t cancel through email and shipped pending order after they said account was cancelled and pending would be refunded. Claims that was never said. Disputed through cc company.

I have wore contact lenses for 29 years. I have slept in them and done whatever I wanted. 2 weeks in these bad boys and I have an ulcer in my right eye a hernia in my left eye. My eyes are horribly dry and have constant eye boogers. This is like the worst crap you can do to your eyes. Of you hate your eyes by all means get these! Lol

Wanted to use the trial to see how they are, and then got charged for a full month. Seemed easy Stick the new label on and send back..... But its been 2 weeks p[lus now and contacted them and was told to wait another 2/3 weeks... this is unacceptable I just want my money back

Had my 2 week trial period and then they charged account a monthly charge... I then sent them back the package unopened and I am yet to receive my refund 3 weeks later...Seems like they are just pulling a scam!!!
