Never again, I saw the $1 trial and signed up for that but never received an email or tracking number and the contacts came two weeks later. The next day I was charged for the subscription and never used them at all and ended up not liking it. I tried to call to refund but they refused to help me and just kept saying it was 15 days blah blah so now im stuck with contacts i dont use.

Hubble verkauf billige Kontaklinsen aus China im Abomodell für relativ viel Geld für die schlechte Qualität. Die Kontaktlinsen sind überhaupt nicht mit Markenlinsen zu vergleichen. Bei mir Kratzen sie furchbar im Auge und verrutschen oft. Zum Glück habe ich nur die 30 Probelinsen bestellt und das Abo direkt gekündigt.

I have (now had) been a Hubble customer since they first came on the scene. Even stuck around with the slight price raise. In May my subscription was abruptly cancelled within a week of needing a refill, because "my prescription was not Hubble compatible." I talked to customer service, they said I needed to create a new account and have my eye doctor resend my prescription since there is no un-cancelling of the accounts. I made a new account, went through the online verification for prescriptions that Hubble provided, and here I am again just a few months later with 5 days of contacts left and a cancelled prescription. I cannot believe the lack of customer service this company has and highly recommend that no one use it despite the great cost and convenience.

Extremely unreliable you never know when your next months contacts are coming . I am currently wearing the same pair going on 3 days praying that next months contacts will come soon And absolutely no way to contact anybody at customer service Besides email which they will not respond to

Came across Hubble's ad on Instagram the beginning of July. Signed up for the trial box for $1. Never received confirmation email or shipping notification email. On July 5th, my credit card was charged $1. On July 20, my card was charged again $39 for "my monthly subscription" and I haven't even received my trial box to try them yet! You cannot cancel from your account on their website - you must call and their phone hours are only M-F. I emailed them and got a response from someone in the Phillipines. They have scary business practices. Beware!

Its funny this email was sent on July 5th with an opening line "Thank you for your choosing Hubble, we love having you in our family!" as my subscription had been canceled at this point without my knowledge. I have been using hubble for 2 year and would have liked a heads up that my prescription was expiring instead of leaving me with 4 days supply of contacts with no options after that.

WORST PRODUCT RETURN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! JUST STAY AWAY!

Totally rubbish bought one months and most don’t feel right and not the same as trial box. Asked for a refund and they don’t do that! Even thou the whole box is useless. Shocking service. Customer service on phone unprofessional and really can’t be bothered!
