Customer service reps barely speak English

Horrible customer service. Called and cancelled subscription, and then still got charged a month later. Called again asking for refund and they say they don't do refunds..although if you Google it, it says they offer full refunds if product is returned back to them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me one would return my call. That never happened. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Good business model, but a poor quality product. Contact lenses are made from an outdated material and are very uncomfortable to wear. Long-term wear probably wouldn't be the best thing for your eyes.

Do not get this product! They will put you into a subscription scheme and you will not even notice! The quality is bad (did not last the whole day) and they are trying to make money cheating on their customers! 3 euros which became 30 euros, on the garbage!!

Schlechte Kontaktlinsen und zwielichtiges Konzept. Es wird sofort ein Abo abgeschlossen und Kündigungen sind nur per Telefon möglich. Aus meiner Sicht ein Blender-Unternehmen, dass China-Linsen im schönen Design verkauft. Finger weg! Deutsche Produkte sind deutlich besser und auch zu ähnlichen Preisen erhältlich.

These are extremely extremely cheaply made contact lenses which is why they’re sold so cheap apparently. I would not recommend anyone to use these. They’ve left my eyes extremely red only after using a few hours. I accidentally put two in a contact container (I know they’re only supposed to be used daily) and when I when to get them out they were legitimately stuck together like they had almost melted to each other.

Horrible SCAM & unprofessional company. I NEVER leave any reviews, but this was a must. I got the $1 trial box I signed up for on Instagram (big mistake - don't do it) with the wrong prescription. No idea if it was mine or Hubble's fault, but either way I then received my "monthly" box for $36, which now I have two boxes which are useless and they offer no refunds. So, I emailed and they said to pay an extra $3 S&H fee for a replacement box, so I did it just to give them another chance. That box was no where to be found, and so now I got another charge for $36 for another monthly box. I emailed regarding this issue and they apologized that the discount didn't go through and what they can do is have me pay another $3 for S&H fee to replace it. So now I've already paid $75 for 2 boxes I cant use, and 2 boxes I have not even received, and now they want me to pay AGAIN to fix their mistake? Absolutely horrible and does not make any sense whatsoever. I will never be using Hubble again.

H O R R I B L E would be a compliment for this scam of a company. I usually don't write reviews for anything but Hubble contacts inspired me to write one thanks to their terrible customer service, bad quality contact lenses. Please make yourself and your bank account a favor and don't purchase from them since they will make unwanted purchases with your information and respond with terrible customer service. I was charged monthly even after cancelling the subscription and emailing them several times. Don't fall for these scams and fake advertisements.
