This company is a scam. They charged me 39 bucks for contacts I haven't even received. On top of that, they wouldn't refund my money. Which is a complete scam.

They send a new set of lenses without an advanced notice I only found out that they're coming from the PayPal notification, won't cancel the subscription through email so they force you to call them. Awful service.

I returned my unopened box of contact lenses using the pre paid returns label 1 month ago but have recieved no communication or refund?! I returned after trying the 15 pairs free sample, they were not a good fit to my eyes and would fall out if I touched my eye area. They also dried out my eyes and felt generally uncomfortable. Never experienced this with Specsavers lenses...which are also cheaper!

Be sure & look over your agreement with them. I was under the impression would be paying 75% less than they charged me.

Les lentilles sont pas trop mal. Logistique et santé du client pas du tout prise en compte. Sur 9 mois, j'ai du me battre plus de 2 fois pour recevoir en temps et en heure mes lentilles. Ne préviennent pas lorsqu'il y a des soucis d'envoi. Service commerciale qui laisse à désirer. Côté positif : ils savent s'excuser..

You do not make it easy to cancel an account. Your customer service hours are impossibly inflexible. You store my credit card information on your website. This is a BIG BIG BIG NO NO.

Poor quality contacts. Out of the months that I've used these contacts I can't count how many rolled edges I've had on the contact lens. customer support just told me that maybe it was the wrong contact for me and didn't address this defect.
