My account has been broken for over a year

Total Scam!!!!! First off you have to really read the fine print from their advertising trial. They also say in big letters DONT WORRY YOU WONT GET SHIPPED CONTACTS UNTIL WE VERIFY YOUR PERSCRIPTION WITH YOUR DOCTOR. This was key for me bc i didn’t know of hand. Not only did my dr office never receive a call but neither did I and if they had called my optometrist, they wouldn’t have given out information because I’m due for checkup. State Law. Hubble sent the wrong ones trial and charged me twice for $38.81 and I’ve only received the two week wrong trials. When asked to refund they said NOPE, everything looks verified on our end!! That’s not how you are supposed to treat people, it’s unethical practice for your money which can cause eye damage and they do not refund. BE FOREWARNED!!!

The lenses were OK. Changing prescription was really a pain. Lousy customer service

I canceled my subscription after more than a year of service because I kept encountering contacts that were damaged as soon as I would wear them.

Cheap quality and outdated technology. Can't even cancel online. Get with the times.

These contacts gave me an ulcer affecting my vision for life. They do not verify anything with an optometrist.

Lens quality is poor. Customer service takes days to reply to issues.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Signed up for the £1 free trial after seeing it advertised on Instagram as most people here have, I wear two-weekly lenses but I like to have dailies for going out so I don’t wear them often at all. I made sure to change the settings in my Hubble account so that I wouldn’t receive the next box for at least a few months to give me a chance to test these ones out before I paid for another box. To my shock I received a parcel today and opened it seeing that it was a month supply of lenses from Hubble. Which I did not ask for. I contacted their call centre and was told that whilst I’d correctly delayed the delivery of my lenses, because I then went in and changed the frequency of deliveries from 28 days to 56 days I had undone the changes I’d made in the delivery delays. ....... yet there was no message on site to tell me I’d undone this or else I would have immediately called them. So, although the Hubble rep I spoke to could SEE what I had done online, I was basically told tough luck. They say I can’t return the lenses because I’d opened the outer delivery box. I was told it CLEARLY stated that the package is from Hubble... yeah in the tiny lettering which states Hubble’s return address, don’t you know we’re ordering lenses so our sight is not perfect!! I feel like I’ve been scammed. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I can speak to them about this incident but I doubt anything will happen. I didn’t need these lenses so now I have £27 worth of lenses plus the £1 trial which I still haven’t used. What an absolute waste Incompetent company - do NOT deal with them there are much better deals online for lenses you can easily go elsewhere.
