Horrible product and even worse customer service. They have scammed me out of money. About a month ago I called to cancel my "subscription" and was told product had been sent before payment was collect. it took almost a month for my package to arrive. Today is day 2 of fighting with these people to return their product back to them! I was sent a return label (which was suppose to be paid for) just to find out it was only paid for USA postal and not Canada Post, I was being charged $20 to ship it with Canada post. Now I'm being told my refund will not be full as I have to pay for a USA postal of $4 (shouldn't that have already been paid for?) $7 restocking fee (so they can resell these and make their money plus the little bits they kept out of my order) and I'm out the $20 for Canada post. This company is a Rip off. Their contacts are of poor quality that could possibly cause serious damage to your eyes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I cancelled my subscription then money was taken from my account and lenses sent anyway Returned lenses sent after cancellation! in unopened packaging after 3 weeks still waiting for refund customer services kept sending the same standard email after my complaint saying wait a few more weeks!! On Facebook they initially answered me but then ignored me once I explained reasons for my complaint terrible company avoid as just take your money and don’t refund

There are No Refunds accepted even if its still in the shipping box FYI. I was eager to try them out but their contacts kept irritating my left eye. So when I got my first box after the $1 trial, I called to just cancel the subscription and return it since I knew I couldnt wear them. I didnt even open the damn shipping box but when I called and explained, they stated they couldnt give me a refund due to the fact they dont accept returns. So Anyone thinking about these: Dont. This company will take your money. And if there are problems with their products: Oh well, "sorry".

nearly lost my eye cheap and nasty clearly they didnt send the right lenzes they were very blury at first i though i may have got them in the rong eye so swaped them and did nothing i chose hubble as specsavers were charging £80 but i just coudnt cope with hubble ones in my eyes my eye bloodshot up be glad to go back to specsavers and they keep trying to charge me for next pack also i found out these were sent over from the neverlands which is obscure when the company is in the uk i belive do not waste your money

I cancelled my order as I found contact lenses weren't for me. 4 days before my contract ended. I was then told 5 days later the company had taken money out of my account for the new lenses. Even though they were cancelled. I was told that they had no record of the conversation even though at the beginning it states all calls are recorded. But disappointing to be fair and out of pocket

Literally the worst customer service. I cancelled my subscription after my trial, because these contacts irritated my eyes soooo bad. Also, they dry up so quick in my eye and are pretty much impossible to get out, it takes me like 15 min. So I cancelled my subscription, only to be charged for a full month ($36.99), AND I didnt even receive the contacts in the mail. When I called and complained the girl was rude and when I told her she was being rude and I wanted to speak to a supervisor she told me the only way to do that is for him to call me back..and he never did. Sent me an email 24 hours later ..then finally called when I answered the email and told me there was no way I was receiving a refund and that I could only have a complimentary box of contacts. I said no way do I want those things I just explained they irritated the heck out of my eyes. Absolutely horrible going back to acuvue.
