Service was fine, and concept is great, but the contacts themselves were pretty terrible quality. My eyes finally rebelled, and I went back to the more expensive B&L daily product. I am all about a convenient bargain, but with this product, you definitely get what you pay for, and I’m not willing to cut corners on my eye health and comfort. I only have two!

They lack communication and shipment notifications as I don’t go through 30 contacts in a month and prefer to skip shipments

Wore these for a couple of years because the customer service is horrible and it’s very difficult to cancel. I eventually pulled the trigger on canceling when my eye doctor told me the low quality of the product has also caused serious eye problems for a lot of people.

I wanted to believe Hubble Contacts was better than all of the negative reviews I read on TrustPilot but, unfortunately, the reality is that this start-up is a total scam. Hubble ropes you in with a cheap introductory offer, but makes it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Instead of being able to manage it online or send an email, the only way to cancel is to call their Philippines-based customer service team during odd hours. Even after spending an hour on hold and another 15 min convincing their customer service rep that yes I really did want to cancel, Hubble continued to bill me for months - despite not sending me any more contacts. I am now over £50 out of pocket and have no expectations for getting that money back. In addition, it's important to know that Hubble Contacts use an out-dated material called Methafilcon A, which all of the reputable contact lens manufacturers (Acuvue, etc) stopped using in the 1980s. Methafilcon A doesn't allow much oxygen to flow to your eyes and as a result are painful to wear and, in some cases, have actually resulted in damage to the cornea of the eye. Please learn from my mistake and go elsewhere for your contacts - VisionDirect, Waldo or others which use safe materials and offer better customer service.

This is a scam. I tried out for that dollar and they sign me up for some subscription I had no idea and automatically took payment from my account saying there's no return policy there's no refund service when I caught it on the same date the transaction happened. Customer service through email was no help and still does not make any sense to me why I can't get my money back. It took all the money that I have in my account so this experience has left me in a stressful situation. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

The $1 box offer that hubble uses in their advertising and marketing does not make it clear that you will be entered into a subscription and charged in full for another shipment within 16 days upon signing up to try out a box for $1. Very shady marketing. Contacts are ok.
