I was excited to try these contacts but when I put them in my eyes, my vision was very blurry & the contacts gave me a headache. I triple checked that the prescription was correct on the lenses I received. I did more research and Hubble uses an old material for their contacts. Its probably why the quality is so bad.

I have used Hubble contacts for a few years. When I first started using them it was because they were cheaper and I needed daily contacts because my eyes were getting too dry with the 2 week ones I was using. Anyway in the beginning everything was fine. But about a year ago they sent out an email that they were raising the price due to postage going up so they raised the price by $6 which is fine if the amount of time it took to get the contacts stayed the same, but it didn’t. I was getting my contacts in 3-4 days after they took the money out of my account. After they raised the price it too 7-8 days. I emailed them and asked them why because I had run out of contacts the first month it was 4 days I was without contacts so the next month I had them take the money out 3 days earlier and again ran out of contacts. I contacted them 3 times trying to get help and no one cared so I canceled my membership then everyone wanted to contact me to ask why I canceled 🙄 By then it was too late I had already stated getting Acuvue Moist daily’s the same price and they feel so much better in my eyes I love them !!!

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF SIGNING UP TO. FIRST BOX ARRIVED FINE. I DIDN'T CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AS I WANTED TO TRIAL ALL 15. MOVED MY PAYMENT DATE TO A FEW MONTHS AHEAD ALL FINE. 2 WEEKS LATER HUBBLE HAD TAKEN THE MONEY FOR ANOTHER SET FULL £27.99 OUT OF MY BANK. BLAMED COMPUTER ERROR IN WHICH THEY COULDN'T REFUND AND TO SEND THE LENSES BACK UNOPENED WITHIN 16 DAYS OF CANCELLATION. EMAILED THEM TO SAY I WOULD. THEY TOOK A WEEK TO ARRIVE AFTER THEY'D TOOK MY MONEY. SENT THEM BACK A FEW DAYS AFTER RECEIVING. EMAILED THEM FOR REFUND. THEY REFUSED. AND I DIRECT QUOTE " refunds are done in bulk when enough packages arrive" THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND SAID PACKAGES TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO GET BACK TO THE NETHERLANDS.. BULL! CONSTANT EMAILS ENSUE AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO STALL ME. HAVE TO RESORT TO OPEN A CASE VIA MY BANK AS A MONTH LATER THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE, A FULL REFUND.. MY ADVICE.. DON'T EVEN TAKE THE FIRST FREE BOX. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The lens was okay, I have used a better brand. But according to State of Texas, all prescription is only valid for 1 year. Hubble kept sending me lens even I have never updated my prescription for more than 2 years, (I went to a different eye doctor, so Hubble should not able to update my prescription.)

Won't let me cancel my subscription

Contacts didn’t fit and dried out quickly. Tried to cancel my subscription and was given the runaround. Finally I was able to cancel the subscription only when Tamy credit card was lost and I canceled the card.

Hubble has cancelled my subscription twice without telling me prior. I don’t find out until I get an email from their customer service team saying “bummer, but we have cancelled your subscription.” They have shipped my contacts to the wrong address twice. In theory this delivery system is wonderful however their execution of the processes makes it a nightmare.

Terrible! They are the incorrect contacts and I have sent them back to you for the past 8 months! They are the WRONG prescription and I am NOT going to pay for these. I have reached out to Customer Service and you have not gotten it right. So disappointed...:-(
