I am another one who class this company in the scam category. I did the £1 trial and didn't like the lenses, next thing I notice is £30 taken from my account. I wanted to return the £30 box for a refund but as I had opened the outer postage box (to look for a return label) I was refused a refund. This company clearly relies on customers not reading full T&C's.

My eye doctor told me not to buy these contacts because they are terrible for you eyes/eye health so I have been trying to cancel this order for months...however cancelling my subscription is so hard to do because I work from 9-5 everyday and cannot call a customer service line in the middle of my work day that this has overall been such a painful process and now I have paid for months of these contacts which I have never used and just end up throwing in the trash

I hoped to test it with little charge as advertised, but I wound up being charged for the subscription box before the test box arrived - no service there. The contacts in themselves are ok but slightly dry and have broken in my eyes.

Having escalated a case through Paypal I eventually got HALF the money back. Had to take it further to get the other half and then it was still a few pounds short. Absolutely disgraceful. Randomly Ive actually managed to try some of these lenses since then. Utterly dreadful. My eyes still hurt days later from only about 6 hours use. God knows the damage these things do to your eyes. Worst lenses ever to match the worst service ever!

The fact that I have to call or chat with a representative to cancel my subscription, instead of just interacting with your website, means I will never be doing business with you again. I'll also be telling my friends not to use your service. It's scummy.

I can't wear your contacts quitsn things to me

Absolutely horrible. Not only is their cancellation process the product of scamming scum, their contacts VERIFIABLY caused my eyes to get MUCH WORSE. MY EYES ARE SWOLLEN DUE TO THESE CONTACTS. My eye doctor is extremely concerned and said that they never verified my prescription with them and they are using cheap products discontinued in the united states. CHEAP is not right. You can get $30 lenses for less than that through your eye doctor.

The quality of the contacts is very bad
