I cannot cancel my subscription and you keep taking money from me. I don’t need contacts anymore

To cancel, please call 1-619-404-0542 between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday not including federal holidays. If you are unable to call and you see that you have an upcoming charge, please log into your Hubble account to view and edit your delivery schedule until you can complete the cancellation call. These contacts dried out my eyes and would give me a headache after a few hours. Only convenience is the delivery options.

Cancelled service, still charging
I requested my monthly service to be cancelled and not only did it not cancel but I keep getting charged and receiving when I don’t need this service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

Y'all come off like scammers
Drying contacts, some contacts come flipped on the wrong side, thin and tear easily, website comes off kind of scammy.. signing up for paying is super easy but logging in, and cancelling you will run into difficulty. I had to lie and say I wanted to space out my subscription just to get access to logging in so I could cancel..

The contacts I got from Hubble were…terrible.
The contacts I got from Hubble were very poor quality. In fact, I couldn’t see anything with them on. I have several unopened boxes because they make it so difficult to stop receiving them. My advice to anyone reading this would be to avoid using Hubble.
