Roxanne reached out to me and was more then able and capable to assist me with my account. I like speaking with a agent thats interested in helping more so then getting a good view like help me first with my issue.

Emma
I give the lenses themselves 7/10 purely because I've used other brands that were better/more comfortable. These lenses are a little thicker than other brands I've used, my eyes don't "breathe" as well and dry out by the end of the day. But the other brands didn't do a subscription, so I find Hubble way more convenient.

Hi Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so glad that the subscription service is working out for you. But it's important that your lenses are 100% comfortable all the time. If you feel like it has been too long, the best way to find out why you’re uncomfortable, and what you can do about it, is to talk to your eye doctor. Your business means a lot to us, so if you ever have additional feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out via [email protected]. Best, Samantha

I truly love Hubble! I never thought I was going to love a daily contact until I tried it. My only complaints are that the fit isn’t absolutely perfect, it’s just slightly off and after a long day of wear, they do seem to dry out a little. Other than that, I’m a pretty happy customer.
