Lenses are fine... Customer service is unreliable! Bought a trial box, than the first 2 monthly packages. Took me 3 emails to cancel the subscription, when tried to return the last package... was ignored long enough, then Hubble claimed I've missed my window for returns.

The least you could do when asking me to review your company was to use my first name and not half-ass use my last name...Somehow the email gets addressed as "Hey Bake" - not very professional. I wish I could add a screenshot of that. Other than that, contacts are fine while I used the service. Never had an issue besides not being able to cancel online and needing to call.

I really enjoyed how inexpensive these contacts were when I first started using them. It was a much more affordable way for me to have contacts, otherwise I would not have been able to afford it. That being said, when I did go to an eye doctor to get an exam about six months ago, he told me to discontinue wearing these contacts because of how many eye infections or other more serious symptoms from wearing them. That was enough for me to stop. Moreover, I did notice that these contacts dried my eyes out significantly more than another brand like Acuvue or something like that.

Personally I love the contacts themselves. They are comfortable enough and they always come in on time. However their customer service is non existent. The first time i had to cancel, I assumed it was a fluke. And now that I'm trying to cancel my 2nd subscription, I cant get ahold of anybody. Its been 4 days of me calling and just being on hold for "an average of 6min" wait. Its been 2hrs. im on hold as I type. They won't respond to emails at all. Is this even legal to do? If i don't get it canceled soon im going to just have them cancel my card which really sucks.

I have poor cell service and I also have 3 children. I’ve had trouble calling the company. My prescription has changed 2x and the website does not allow me to change or cancel on it. It irritates me. So I’m always wearing the wrong prescription now. Anyways one day I’ll get through to them. Other than that, the contacts are okay and reasonably priced.

Las primeras cajas tenían buen precio, después ya se subieron bastante. Les mandaba mensajes para que dejaran de enviármelas, pero no hacían caso. Tuve que devolver el último cobro, para que así me hicieran caso.

Las lentillas son de una calidad aceptable, pero te puedes encontrar que son tan finas que muchas vengan rotas. He intentado llamar para darme de baja del servicio y no he podido. Por lo demás, las uso para hacer deporte sobre todo y sin problemas quitando las que venian rotas (3-4 lentillas).
