I have sent back 9 unopen boxes ! Called ..wrote a letter e-mailed No response ! I would never to anybody to use Hubble !

I ordered the $1 contacts received them then canceled my membership cause didnt like how the contacts felt. I canceled BEFORE they next billing and then got charged ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EIGHT DOLLARS for NOTHING NO PRODUCT

i asked to cancel my subscription due to the prescription is wrong i have four boxes i can not use they keep taking my money an sending me contacts i can not use.

I canceled my subscription when I called in. They continued to keep charging me and sending in perscriptions. Beware when you order from them. They obviously struggle with requests.

I unsubscribed last year and they have still been taking money out of my account. Everytime I call hq, they tell me they never received a notice. Atp, they have stolen $200 from me. Call bank and tell them to not allow transactions from site.

I never received the correct subscription even through I sent emails to cancel it was never cancelled and I had to keep being billed each month not good customer service

So drying. For a couple hours of use they are okay. I do not recommend for hours of use, without having to change them during work or school.

I feel like I should be notified before shipment is sent out. I have 3 unused boxes and now I have too much. Not happy with the service
