When able to update info for Hubble I was not able to update my shipping and I had to go through email and found out that an order was sent to old address day before my new was able to get updated and they don’t have items that are delivered to a wrong address sent back to them you end up paying for shipping to be order tone sent again.....I tried and got no support for something I had no control of....their sysyem

MOST AWFUL COMPANY EVER --Received trial and couldn't wear contacts -- emailed Hubble -- month later contacts arrived billed my card --returned to sender package with cancel order written all over box -- emailed again -- no reply -- anyhow after repeating this and charging me over $150 they still refused to credit me even though every shipment was returned to them -- very very poor customer service -- i emailed as i did when i placed the order -- but evidently to cancel they say you have to call -- WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE -- BUT THEY WILL BE GETTING FREE ADVERTISEMENT FROM ME FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE AND NON CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY COMPANY EVERY CHANCE I GET!

It was absolutely impossible to stop my auto ship order even after talking to customer service and asking it to be stopped! I guess that's how you make your money! I finally got it stopped with no help from Hubble! Just not a company that I would consider doing business with again!

Horrible... I purchased the promo and after trying and not liking the product I cancelled immediately. They kept billing the account even though I never received the products. The product itself is terrible. They felt like they suffocated my eyes. Within an hour of wearing the become very uncomfortable.

Worst experience, I tried canceling my subscription only for them to reactivate it without my knowledge. When I tried contacting them the customer service rep was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pretty good price at roughly 30 dollars a month. But the contacts themselves lead to my eyes feeling very dry. I read somewhere that the material the contacts themselves are made of is "out dated" for lack of better words. I found another company and have had better luck with their contacts as far as dryness and comfort. I can tend to wear them 8+ hours whereas the Hubble brand I was ready to switch to glasses after 3-4 hours. Thankfully the new brand is pretty much same cost per month, so the switch was an easy choice after a trial period.
