I signed up for Hubble for the free contacts. I did not know that included an automatic membership because I did not act responsible and read the fine print. They shipped this month's supply and pulled $40 out of my bank account. My family cannot afford the cost right now with everything going on. I called customer service, and within a few minutes the gentleman (Dorian) refunded me the deducted amount, canceled the subscription, and told me to keep the contacts. I guarantee that once we get through the coronavirus panic I will gladly become a monthly subscriber. Thank you Hubble for your kindness. Oh - and the contacts themselves are fantastic.

The contacts did not work for us but the customer service was top notch and they canceled future orders and were very communicative in a timely manner. Bummed that the contacts did not work for my daughter.
