They are dry and uncomfortable. I've been at work with them on and have to constantly but eyedrops in my eyes or they will fall out and then I can't see anymore

Contacts are scratchy. Customer service sucks.

I would give 0 stars of possible. I tried a trial of the Hubble contacts 6 months ago. The contacts were not up to the quality promised. Eyes got very dry and irritated and I could not keep them in even close to 1 day. Then I canceled, but Hubble refused to honor my cancelation and keeps sending me contacts and charging me each month. After much complaining, Hubble still hasn't canceled. Fortunately, my credit card is refusing the charges each month. I hope some day Hubble gets their act together and either starts producing quality lenses, or stops scamming me.

They charged my expired credit card and shipped me an old expired prescription! How? Is that not illegal? Plus you can not get refunds or cancel their service online, you have to call them.

Impossible to cancel. Have to call during hours that most people are at work to cancel. Very inconvenient.

Screw Hubble. Updated my card number WITHOUT my permission and shipped contacts to my OLD address and I’m out nearly $40 for contacts not even in my possession. I will never shop with them again.

Beware they won’t allow you to return anything no matter what! Their contacts did not stay on my eye in the right spot so even though the RX was correct I couldn’t see with their lenses!
