The good ends at the convenience
The good ends at the convenience. It's nice to get contacts delivered. The quality of the contacts is garbage. And you don't get any sort of notification that your contacts are going to be shipped. So, for someone like me who doesn't wear contacts every day, the 3-month cycle is too quick.

WAY too thin and gave me more scratches…
WAY too thin and gave me more scratches on my eyes. You definitely get what you pay for.

Uncomfortable
I found the contacts to be extremely uncomfortable and it made them unwearable for me.

Betrug, Kreditkartenmissbrauch - nicht zu empfehlen.
Betrug, Kreditkartenmissbrauch - nicht zu empfehlen. Probeabo gemacht, nach nichtgefallen gekündigt - 2 mal per Mail. Kündigung wurde mir bestätigt. Nach einem Monat wurde meine Kreditkarte ohne Erlaubnis belastet. Die Linsen wurden mir zugeschickt - habe die Linsen mit dem bereitgestellten Versandlabel zurückgesendet, angeblich kamen sie erst nach 2 Wochen dort an. Meine Zahlung wurde letzte Woche angeblich erstattet - nach 10 Tagen ist immernoch kein Geld auf meiner Kreditkarte zu sehen. Per Mail wird mir erzählt das Geld wurde erstattet, was es offensichtlich nicht wurde. Dies ist 10 Tage her - mein Geld werde ich wohl nie wieder sehen. Es handelt sich hier um Betrug - bitte kein Abo abschließen.

Finger weg ! Kündigungen werden ignoriert !!!
Über das Produkt an sich kann ich kein Urteil abgeben, da meine Frau diese benutzt. Wenn man jedoch auf die Abo Falle reingefallen ist, wird eine Kündigung, die ja so einfach sein soll, zum Alptraum. Nach der 1. tel. Kündigung passierte garnichts. Nach einer Kündigung per Einschreiben auch nix; die Post wäre angeblich zur falschen Adresse geschickt worden. Nach dem 2. Telefonat soll jetzt angeblich alles gekündigt sein.....Das bleibt noch abzuwarten. Finger weg : Betrugsmasche !!!!

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. The billed me twice for something that cancelled and then refused to refund me, and then didn't even send the contacts!
