The contacts were good but customer…
The contacts were good but customer service pretty much lied to me so I switched to Waldo and I'm happy using their product now.

When we verify your new prescription, your doctor did not approve of the update so we cancel the order and subscription. Keep in mind that all contact lens prescriptions are brand specific and you should have been fitted for Hubble brand lenses or had your prescription changed to Hubble prior to ordering. I just received my first Hubble…
I just received my first Hubble contacts. Very uncomfortable, dried my eyes out within minutes and didn't fit my eyes the way my Acuvues do. Very disappointed. I tried six different contacts over a 2 day period based on other reviews stating once in a while a "bad" contact lens would make its way into the packaging. I put in my 3 month old Acuvues after this trial and error and felt a million times better. Cancelling on Monday.

Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life. They are robbing me and won’t let me cancel my subscription.

I’ve asked to cancel my subscription…
I’ve asked to cancel my subscription three times and Hubble keeps trying to charge me. No I will not recommend you Bc you don’t listen to your customers.

I would never recommend Hubble
I would never recommend Hubble. Common sense while speaking English is the main problem. The secondary problem is management/employee relations, and how they effect customer satisfaction.

I have cancelled my subscription twice…
I have cancelled my subscription twice with your company, and still receive contacts. Not happy with provided customer service at all.

RIP OFF & DISHONEST
horrible, received wrong Rx, impossible to communicate with customer service, updated my delivery to longest to try to get Rx fixed, they went in and changed it and delivered 3x without my permission and then refused to refund me. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!
