Several of the contacts were ripped and didn’t arrive in a timely manner so each month I was without for several days.

Bad customer service

Sent out contacts when I did not order and would not allow for a return.

hubble contacts are old models bought from out of the country that's why their cheap. They itch and they cause infection. They are not worth it

1). I called and cancelled BEFORE my contacts shipped and I was still charged. When I called they stated that they cant refund me because it was already shipped and they dont have notes about me calling. I called 3 times in a day and they all thought that was the only time I called. So their "notes" dont seem to be working for them. 2) customer service is terrible!!!! I was hung up on twice. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I would give negative stars if possible. I ordered my trial and didn't like how the contacts made my eyes super dry by the end of the day. No big deal. I went to skip my next 2 deliveries, deciding I would think about it for the next couple months. Last night I was charged the $40 FOR AN ORDER I HAD SKIPPED. No email saying that I had ordered, nothing. I contacted customer service first thing this morning and was told I couldn't get a refund and she made no effort to help me out. So unprofessional! I am so disappointed and I will NEVER recommend Hubble Contacts! Stay away from this company!

Far and away the WORST customer service I've received from a small company. And their contacts are absolute garbage. Jagged edges scratched my eyeball. When trying to cancel on the site it didn't go through conviniently, so when I was charged (at 3am) I got on the line at 9 am as soon as they open only to be told my order couldn't be refunded. AT ALL. Stay away from this company. It's a joke.

Scam . Stay away. So you try for 2 weeks for £1 and you get unwanted 1month supply later and money taken from your account. When you go on their website nothing like this, just try 15 for £1. And the product is crap. You can get way better quality from Vision Express for the same money. Walk away. Don't part way with your hard earned money.
