The contacts tore easy and were hard to keep in. I cancelled my contacts and they still sent them to me twice and them kept sending me a email that my credit care would not go through. It took several more phone calls to finally get them to stop emailing me.

The contact lenses scratched the hell out of my eyes! I didn’t even make it 1/2 day with them in. Canceling was a hassle as well...a million questions and I almost felt guilty for canceling my subscription at that!

Account information is difficult to access. You should be able to put your subscription on hold, online. You shouldn’t have to call to manage your subscription.

These contacts are not great quality and they do not work for my eyes. I wish I could cancel my account through email but I have to call and I usually forget until I get billed again.

The lenses don’t fit my eye. I’ve lost multiple lenses, no matter what I do, I can’t keep them in my eye. And when you try to cancel, it’s the most difficult thing to do.
