Uncomfortable to say the least
Uncomfortable to say the least. Put these in my eyes for 10 seconds and never again.

It shows that on December 20 you've mentioned via email that you already processed the return of the package. I did look into this for you and it looks like we’re still waiting to receive your package back at our warehouse. Returns can sometimes take a few weeks to make it back and be scanned in properly - thanks for hanging in there in the meantime! DONT DO IT!!!
DONT DO IT!!! They did not fit my eyes properly by any means. I contacted the company via email to cancel my subscription. I never received a response, however, received an email 3 days later stating “you spoke with so-and-so, please rate your experience.” No one contacted me. My card was charged. As soon as I saw it I reached out to the company via phone to say I cancelled my subscription. I was then notified that they do not do refunds for US residents and they will only cancel via phone so my email was null and void. I’m now out $40, have a box of useless contacts, and irritated by terrible customer service. Here’s to praying I don’t get charged next month!

This company will charge you monthly without authorization
This company will charge you monthly even if you do not sign up for it or authorize the transaction. They didn’t give me a username and password to access an account therefore I was unable to logon and discontinue their service. This is a scam! Do not do it! Not worth it! Contacts are not even good.

After your first free shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. If you haven't already, please be sure to cancel your subscription to avoid upcoming charges and deliveries, by calling us at 1-844-334-1640 between 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday, and 1PM and 5PM, Saturday, excluding federal holidays. We do not have a feature to cancel the subscription on this platform or via online. Best, Samantha

Another scam subscription service
Another scam subscription service. I cancelled my account months ago. You have to jump through hoops by the way to do so. You have to call them up you can’t do it on line or via email for some reason. Oh and they have started charging me again for no reason even though I cancelled. I’d stay away. Please refund my money

Buen día Solo para dar mi insatisfacción Obtuve la promoción de las 2 semanas gratis y después contraté un plan con valor de ($99) que era al año y el cual pague con tarjeta y se me hizo el descuento y llevo 2 semanas y nada de lo que el servio que pague estoy gozando Pido de favor que me den número para dar de baja y me reembolsen mi dinero o me expliquen y me acrediten mi plan Gracias
