These contacts were uncomfortable and…
These contacts were uncomfortable and it was difficult to cancel my subscription once I started.

Saw in Facebook the deal 30 contacts…
If I could give less then 1 star I would.Saw in Facebook the deal 30 contacts for $1 I ordered it and then cancelled the subscription. When I got the 30 contacts they weren't even the right ones...Not even a week later I got charged 107.45 this is not a good service or company

After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. Your first paid box is for $44 and that is the only charge I see on your account. We recommend that you reach out to your bank to ask for more information about the $107.45 charge. Meanwhile, I can see that you have not reached out to our cancellations team at this point. They practically stole money from me
They practically stole money from me. I signed up for the trial and 3 days later they sent me the whole 130$ package. So they said they couldnt do anything but that I would have to send it back, so I did and that was in September and I still havent seen my 130. Like I wasnt even able to try them before they charged me, and they just did not work for me . Just BS!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

You charged me and sent out a bunch…
You charged me and sent out a bunch before I even received the sample pack. That’s the whole point, to try them and decide if you want to order a bunch... That’s enough to not have my business.

Shipments may take longer due to customs restrictions and other delaying factors. That is why we allow you to control your delivery schedule - to log into your Hubble account to skip orders.
