After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. All the tools necessary to skip and modify your subscription ship out dates are conveniently located in your account! We do always depend on how the subscription has been managed. Your item was delivered in Canada on November 25. But I can guarantee that your subscription is canceled and you will not receive any further charges. Their refund policy is sketchy
Their refund policy is sketchy. I followed the steps they gave me and they said it wasn't enough, so now I've shipped back the contacts and have not received my refund. So now I'm out over $100 and I still can't see

terrible client service
terrible client service, they keep sending me contacts that I dont need .. you have to call them to unsuscribe

Uncomfortable and a terrible product
Uncomfortable and a terrible product. I’ve done everything I needed to get my refund and haven’t even heard back from the company and it’s been over a week.

Delivery is not reliable
Delivery is not reliable. My daughter was charged for contacts in December 30 2019 and she is still waiting for delivery. Super inconvenient 😓

Do not recommend
Thought I'd switch to dailies after using monthly ones from my opticians for a while. And oh boy, these are dry, they smudge, they sting, get blurry. Gets to the point where I'm half way through my day and I just have to absolutely take them out and switch to glasses
