The contacts dry out very quickly and…
The contacts dry out very quickly and make my eyes burn. I am also concerned about the waste created.

You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eye care professional to determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort. We are doing what we can to provide fresh & clean daily lenses while keeping the environment in mind. Our materials are all 100% recyclable. If there's more we can be doing, we're definitely looking into it while still being able to provide an affordable lens! Warm regards, Samantha

The service has been terrible
The service has been terrible. I was charged for contacts on Dec 11th and still have not received. When I reported it to customer service over 2 weeks ago they said they would ship me a pair in 24 hours still nothing. I would have hoped they would have been shipped priority list. I have been without contacts for 2 weeks. I am thoroughly disappointed and when I reach in to customer service they just keep sending me trackers saying they are coming. Not very helpful at all. At this point I would not recommend hubble

I’ve forwarded your concern to our corporate customer experience team. We will do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t happen again. On the other hand, a replacement order was delivered to you on January 20. Although shipping is beyond our control, we’re doing all we can to make this right! Truly sorry if it caused you any inconvenience! For the time being, a solution would be to change the interval between charges to 26 days. This should help minimize the delivery time, to make up for weekends and other delaying factors. We'll continue to look into the issue on our end if you do not see an improvement. By far the driest contacts on the…
By far the driest contacts on the market. Customer service is great, price is great, but the dry eyes with this brand make it useless for me.

company leaves something to be desired
The first package I received in good standing. The second package, fell off the mail truck in a different city, was returned to the local post office and FINALLY delivered to my home address in a box that had CLEARLY been ran over by other vehicles before being delivered to me. When I contacted your company about this I was treated without empathy, understanding or care. The woman I spoke with made me feel as though I was wasting her time - and that before she would even consider the validity of my statement, that I should have to prove the package was damaged, by sending it in, before ANY sort of new contacts or reimbursement would take place. This is STUNNINGLY HORRIBLE customer service and as a result I have cancelled my subscription.

Contacts are uncomfortable
Contacts are uncomfortable, painful and dry in the eyes when you wear them. Would not recommend.

They are too dry and do not work well…
They are too dry and do not work well for me plus the subscription cancellation is not easy, having to call and terminate is inconvenient.

The contacts I received were extremely uncomfortable. They feel as though they are made for a generic eye size. Not everyone is the same.
